Who we are

Loon Marble, a Turkish company based in Istanbul, Turkey, is an experienced natural stone exporter to the United States and world wide markets.

We operate a beige quarry in the city of Sivas, a dolomite quarry in the Marmara region and a conglomerate quarry in the Eastern Anatolian region of Turkey.

We also have partnership agreements with three travertine quarries in the Marmara region, in the Southwestern Anatolian and Mid-Anatolian regions, and direct relationships with numerous other Turkish quarries to supply a great variety of natural stone.

Since Loon Marble's inception, partners Y. Mert Uluc and Gurol Kizilkartal have continually worked to expand their network of quarries and producers. Mr. Kizilkartal's extensive knowledge of Turkey's natural stone industry, coupled with Mr. Uluc's expertise in foreign stone markets makes this company competitive and dynamic.
